MOTORCYCLE PARKING BAY AT END OF BLOCK D - TOTAL BAYS AVAILABLE - 14 BAYS (KINDLY EXERCISE DUE CONSIDERATION TO THE ADJACENT / NEARBY UNITS, SHOULD YOU NEED TO START YOUR MOTORCYCLE AT EARLY OR LATE HOURS )

AT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE - TOTAL BAYS AVAILABLE - 04 BAYS

RIGHT SIDE OF GUARD ROOM (VIEWED OUTWARDS) - TOTAL BAYS AVAILABLE - 12 BAYS

Alternatively, Resident may also park their motorcycles within their units designated parking bays as demonstrated by some fellow responsible Residents as shown below :

The management is duty bound and required by the law to ensure strict compliance to the In-House Rules and to ensure that it provides for a conducive environment for all residents of Sentosa Court. As such, any motorcyclist who cause inconvenience to other residents by parking their motorcycles illegally will have it's wheels to be clamped without any further warning or notice. A penalty of RM 50.00 will be levied to unlock the clamp.

Kindly also take note that the 22 parking bays outside the compound is  for use by motorcycles with NO vehicle sticker and Barrier Gate Smart Access Cards e.g. for Visitors etc and abandoned or bikes that are not in use (removed from the compound of Sentosa Courts).
